CPZ-International, The Centre for Knowledge Promotion was
established at the end of 1999 by two experts in the field
of research, assessment systems and publishing.
Dr. Sergij Gabršček was
responsible for setting up The National Examination Centre
(RIC), which was the first organisation administering external
examinations in Slovenia. He was its director from 1993 until
1999.
Metka Uršič set up the National
Examination Centres publicity department and pre-printing
and printing services. She was head of that department until
1999. She also initiated the setting up of a technical library,
recording activities, print on demand, marketing, department
for development and analysis, department for public relations
and introducing ISO standards in the Centre.
